In my talk, I shared our recent insights on infection-driven cancer initiation using advanced 3D organoid models and spatial single-cell technologies—highlighting the role of metaplastic niches, immune dynamics, and host–pathogen interactions in disease evolution.

We had an incredible lineup of speakers, including:

 -Hugo Snippert (Netherlands)

 -Mohammad Aarif Siddiqui (Denmark)

 -Ronit Satchi-Fainaro (Israel)

 -Nina Moderau (United Kingdom)

Grateful for the vibrant discussions on translational modeling, cancer biology, and next-gen platforms for precision medicine.
