"Integrated protocol for single-cell transcriptomics, organoid culture, and spatial analysis of mouse gastroesophageal tissues"

🔗 Read the paper: https://lnkd.in/d9bDXHR9

In this study, we developed an integrated and high-resolution protocol enabling:

-Isolation of single cells across developmental stages

-Single-cell RNA sequencing to uncover cellular diversity and gene expression dynamics

-Generation of 3D organoids that mirror in vivo epithelial architecture

-Spatial mapping of RNA and protein within the tissue context

By combining these technologies, this workflow not only advances our understanding of tissue biology and disease origins, it also lays the foundation for future therapeutic development, providing a robust model system to test hypotheses, identify biomarkers, and explore treatment responses.

I am grateful to the team and collaborators, Naveen Kumar NirchalPon Ganish Prakash, and Rajendra Kumar Gurumurthy.
